Client Location - Friesland, Netherlands Client Industry - Fintech Contract type - Freelance or Temporary Onsite - 4 days per week (negotiable) Contract Length - 2 Months This is an M365 / IT Support Consultant position focused on first- and second-line internal IT support. The role is heavily focused on day-to-day onsite IT support for local employees. The client needs someone hands-on with device setup, user support, onboarding/offboarding, access management and general Microsoft environment support.Desired Skills and Experience

1-4 years IT support experience Strong Microsoft 365 experience Intune experience Experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices Previous first/second line support experience Experience handling IT tickets and user support Comfortable working onsite with end users Able to work independently in a small office environmentBasic networking/VPN/firewall troubleshooting exposure Strong communication skills Language Skills
