Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!
Responsibilities:
Support direct customers, agents and distributors in assigned countries, including Benelux and a limited number of countries in Europe and outside of Europe.
Provide our business partners with both technical and commercial advice based on the knowledge you will acquire.
Achieve sales targets within the allocated regions.
Follow some key accounts who are global players in their market segment.
Obtain a full view of your market allowing you to do specific actions and develop forecasts.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in international sales of added-value products.
Ability to engage comprehensively with customers and sales partners.
Develop a close relationship with our sales partners in the assigned countries.
Bring in ideas for the introduction of new products and support marketing based on your experience.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Interest in food in general; experience in selling ingredients is a plus.
Knowledge of Dutch, French, and English; German is a plus, and other languages are welcome.
Team player who can quickly integrate into an organization.
Willingness to get to know the entire organization and actively participate in daily operations.
Enjoy analyzing numbers.
Eager to develop this function into something that belongs to you.
