What your day looks like After a cup of coffee, you open your email and check for any new developments or replies from customers you've spoken to before. Then, you start the day with a short team stand‑up. Here, successes are shared, lessons learned are discussed, and the daily goals are agreed upon. After that, you get to work on:
Answering customer phone inquiries Analyzing customer wants and needs Advising on our products and services Identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling Building lasting customer relationships Ensuring a positive customer experience with every conversation

Your profile You have strong communication skills in
Dutch
