As a Customer Support Agent / Content Moderator, you will: Review and moderate user-generated content Identify and prevent scams, fraud and policy violations Respond to customer inquiries via email (no phone support) Apply company guidelines and country-specific regulations Make independent decisions based on clear policiesContribute to a safer digital marketplace You will play a direct role in protecting users and creating a secure online environment.
