EIS/IT Project Manager for Customer Support
has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Eindhoven (Netherlands). The selected candidate will join the Information Management Team. Working in IM means engaging with global trends such as digitization, innovation and new ways of working. Responsibilities
Participating in all phases of a project/service: Participating with the customer in the requirement definition. Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities. Assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and training. Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the subject product or service.Ensuring training to the helpdesk and organizing the training. Preparing and managing the system for entry into service. Monitor and control team members and activities. 3. Assist the customer in day-to-day work issues: Coordinate the development teams in the service/support. Evaluate and resolve customer queries and demands.Capture and analyze the customer request. Propose evolutions in the tools based on the customer operative. Skills
Engineering degree. Information Systems: Less than 3 years. Project management: Less than 3 years. Soft skills: Communication, lifelong learning. Spanish and English: Advanced.
