As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our relationships with supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms, and new business channels. People management: Buddy for interns and new employees Business Development: Full responsibility for the realization of defined targets in the area of turnover and margin and for making necessary adjustments if targets are not realized Monitor the assortment diversification for the accounts Identify new sales lead on the market to open new accountsTranslate market research into concrete commercial plans and actions Develop strategic account plans to outline goals, identify key stakeholders, and establish strategies for growth and retention Organization of fairs Relationship management: Develop deep, strategic relationships with clients, understanding their long-term objectives and aligning them with the company's offeringsStrategically plan and visit customers Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account plans that outline mutual objectives, strategies, and success metrics Address conflicts or disputes with clients diplomatically, finding mutually beneficial solutions that preserve the relationship Finance: Collaborate with clients to establish budgets for projects or ongoing services, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and constraintsOversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered and following up on overdue payments as necessary to maintain healthy cash flow Benefits:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Proficiency in English and Polish is required.
