Your Opportunity At TransIP, we’re looking for a new colleague for our Customer Support team. If you enjoy helping friends and family with their (IT) questions, love complex puzzles, have a geeky tattoo, or are a PC or console gamer, you belong with us! We provide internal training and courses to teach you all the tricks of the trade. You will work with customers via our ticket system, phone, or chat, and we will guide you to become the very best supporter and support you in the next step of your career. Regular weekdays with possible evening or weekend shifts.

What does your day look like? Every day starts with a cup of coffee and a stand‑up meeting with your teammates. Success stories and lessons learned are shared. You will handle customer queries, determine the best product or feature for each need, advise customers enthusiastically, and act as the link with product specialists, translating customer needs into product improvements. You may work evenings or weekends as well.

Your Profile Key qualities we expect:

Strong eagerness to learn and a healthy enthusiasm

Affinity for IT

Customer focus and strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Excellent listening skills, understand customer needs, and provide tailored advice

All training is included; prior knowledge is not required. You will learn DNS, VPS, email setup, packages, and more.
