Position Summary
The Manager, Strategy&Transformation is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategy into action, ensuring site strategy is executed effectively through design, alignment, and delivery of complex strategic programs and initiatives. This role serves as an end-to-end program and project lead, defining approach, timeline, resources, risks, and budget required to deliver strategic outcomes while driving change, alignment, and sustained performance improvement across the site.Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution Support
– Support the execution of strategic priorities by translating strategy into clear programs, projects, and deliverables, ensuring strategic initiatives remain aligned to overall site and enterprise strategy, adapting plans as needed, coordinating tactical activities across teams, providing contentexpertise, and driving momentum and results.Project&Program Management
– Lead complex, cross‑functional strategic programs critical to achieving short‑ and long‑term business objectives; serve as project lead for multiple high‑impact initiatives, define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria; establish robust governance, reporting, and decision‑making frameworks; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; manage program budgets and resources.Change&Stakeholder Management
– Drive organizational change by applying structured change management approaches; act as trusted partner to leaders and stakeholders, influencing without authority; develop clear, compelling content and communications to articulate purpose, progress, and impact to diverse audiences. Continuous Improvement&Performance Optimization
– Identify and implement additional improvement initiatives; challenge existing ways of working, introduce innovative ideas, tools, or processes; track outcomes and benefits realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable impact. Other tasks
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director Strategy&Transformation. Qualifications&Experience
Basic understanding of Cell Therapy and any one of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, QA/QC functions. Strong analytical, structuring, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions. Background in strategy execution, project/program management, and operating model implementation is a plus.Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience influencing leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving progress through clarity, structure, and collaboration.Intermediate ability to clearly depict a narrative supporting problem solving or strategic opportunity within meetings or presentations, both verbally and using visuals such as PowerPoint. Education: M.S. in Biomedical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration. 3–5 years of Pharmaceutical Experience or Management Consulting experience.Project management experience; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is optional.
