About Nebul At Nebul, we’re building Europe’s sovereign AI cloud — trusted, secure, and purpose-built for the next generation of intelligent infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Development Representative, you help open the market for Nebul’s sovereign AI cloud offering. You identify and engage the right prospects, start relevant conversations with decision-makers, and build qualified pipeline for the commercial team. You operate at the front end of Nebul’s growth engine: mapping target accounts, understanding customer needs, and translating Nebul’s proposition into clear business relevance for prospects in regulated and security-conscious environments.This role is for someone who combines curiosity, structure, and persistence. You know how to turn a complex technical proposition into an accessible, credible first conversation. You are comfortable working closely with founders, product, and technical teams to refine messaging and target the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify target accounts across priority markets and sectors. Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner channels. Engage senior stakeholders and generate interest in Nebul’s sovereign AI cloud proposition.Understand prospect challenges around cloud sovereignty, security, compliance, and AI infrastructure, and connect those needs to Nebul’s offering. Create and nurture a healthy pipeline of qualified meetings and opportunities for the commercial team. Work closely with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, outreach strategy, and market priorities.Keep CRM data accurate and structured, with clear notes, next steps, and funnel visibility. Gather market feedback from prospects and translate it into insights for product, positioning, and go-to-market development. Represent Nebul professionally in first-touch conversations and help shape how the market perceives the company.
What Your Day Will Not Look Like Closing complex enterprise deals fully on your own. Working from generic scripts without understanding the product. High-volume, low-quality outreach with no clear target market. Operating far away from the founders, product, and technical teams. Pure account management without new business development responsibility.
What You Bring Experience in a BDR, SDR, or junior business development role, ideally in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology. Strong ability to open conversations and engage prospects in a thoughtful, credible way. Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.A structured and disciplined way of working with outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management. The ability to understand technical propositions and translate them into business value. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: you see opportunities, take initiative, and keep momentum.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience selling into regulated sectors, public sector, enterprise IT, or security-sensitive environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, sovereign cloud, or compliance-driven technology. Experience with account-based prospecting and founder-led sales environments.Dutch language skills. A strong interest in European digital sovereignty, secure infrastructure, and AI adoption.
