Job Description Ready to dive into the exciting world of corporate sales? Our Sales Intern is the behind‑the‑scenes hero who keeps our sales team running like a well‑oiled machine. The intern provides day‑to‑day assistance to the sales team and plays a vital role in completing corporate agreements. Key focus areas include data entry, administrative processes and assisting on projects while working closely with the sales team to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Become a wizard at our online contracting platform (RFPs) and help craft and send corporate rate proposals that clients can’t resist.

Support handling incoming emails from the sales inbox.

Assist with daily operations, projects and administrative functions.

Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and execute client activities and events.

Support data entry in our CRM system to keep account records up to date.

Qualifications / Skills

Currently studying (international) business, hospitality, tourism, or a related discipline.

Available for five or more months, preferably starting as soon as possible.

Creative problem‑solver who thinks outside the box.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Client‑focused with a positive approach to solving challenges.

What You Will Learn

Understanding of the functions of all stakeholders and departments in a hospitality company.

Location and Hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Hybrid working module with a flexible schedule that aligns with your school timetable. The role is based in Leiden, Netherlands, and starts September 2026. Interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
