This role is intended for students enrolled in a Master’s programin Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or other relevant area. Depending on your skills and interests, you could work on:AI&Machine Learning Web Application Development Bioinformatics&Visualization We’re looking for someone who: Has skills in PHP (Laravel), Python and/or JavaScript (React) Has experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Is analytical and detail‑oriented, with a love for problem‑solving and clean code Works well both independently and collaboratively Is enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldHas a strong command of English (Dutch is a plus, not required) Has a background in the life sciences (bonus) Is eligible to work in the EU What you’ll get: Mentorship from a senior development team with strong scientific and technical expertise Real‑world feedback from scientists using our toolsAn experienced team where your work has impact A chance to build tools used by research labs and biotech teams Internship allowance This is an in‑office internship based at the Leiden Bio Science Park.
