Site Controller

to join our team in Lelystad. In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and the Site Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making. What You Do On a Typical Day

As a Site Controller you provide advice on all business‑relevant questions to site leadership in controlling and financing aspects. Advising site leadership and site manager on financial and controlling matters. Leading month‑end and year‑end closing procedures. Managing full P&L. Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems. Leading the budgeting and weekly and monthly forecasting process, taking corrective actions when needed. Creating sales invoices for completed services and discussing this with the site manager and the customer. As a finance business partner you collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.What You Need To Succeed At GXO

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, hands‑on, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you have: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar. 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or controlling. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Fluent in English. Availability for 36–40 hours per week. Strong problem solving skills. Experience in a 3PL environment is advantageous. What We Offer You
