You’re the gatekeeper of customer service, no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.

Responsibilities

Make sure the customers receive the best service possible.

Manage a team of sales assistants.

Monitor store performance, on all aspects.

Motivate, lead and guide the team.

Oversee store processes run correctly and come up with improvements where needed.

Qualifications

Service oriented.

Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone.

Proven leadership skills or experience.

Ability to create and analyze store data.

We don’t require you to have years of experience or a ”passion” for fashion, we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
