Zahlungsverkehr und Abstimmung mit den FachabteilungenDebitorenbuchhaltung: läuft bei einer Kollegin – Sie behalten den Überblick und stellen die Konsistenz sicher Jahresabschlussarbeiten: Koordination mit Geschäftsführung, Team und externen Steuerberatern (NL und DE) Lohnvorbereitung: Aufbereitung der Unterlagen für unseren Steuerberater Personalverwaltung für die Büro-MitarbeiterProzessverbesserung: Sie initiieren und führen Projekte, die unsere kaufmännischen Abläufe weiterentwickeln

Was Sie mitbringen Solide Ausbildung und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, bevorzugt im Mittelstand Eigenverantwortliches Handeln Fundierte Kenntnisse der niederländischen Buchhaltungs- und Steuerpraxis (BTW, loonheffing, jaarrekening) Sicherer Umgang mit einem einschlägigen BuchhaltungsprogrammNiederländisch fließend – Deutsch und Englisch ebenfalls in Wort und Schrift Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Pragmatismus und Überblick auch bei komplexen Themen Erste Erfahrung im maritimen Umfeld ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Responsibilities Overall responsibility for accounting: you coordinate the department, keep track of accounts payable and receivable, and act as the link to management Accounts payable: primary operational responsibility including payment processing and coordination with the relevant departmentsAccounts receivable: handled by a colleague— you maintain oversight and ensure consistency Year-end closing: coordination with management, the team, and external tax advisors (NL and DE) Payroll preparation: compiling documents for our tax advisor HR administration for office staff Process improvement: you initiate and lead projects that advance our commercial operations

What you bring Solid training and at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an SME environment Self-directed, independent approach to work Sound knowledge of Dutch accounting and tax practice (BTW, loonheffing, jaarrekening) Confident use of a relevant accounting softwareFluent in Dutch— German and English also required, both written and spoken Structured working style, pragmatism, and the ability to keep an overview even on complex matters Some experience in a maritime environment is a plus, but not a requirement
