Trainer
. The Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing technical service training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Kobelco dealer service support staff. By providing comprehensive and engaging technical service training, you will contribute to the professional growth and development of the Kobelco dealer staff.The position is a key contributor to the standardization of product support work, the training courses and contents development, and its operation. The Trainer will report to the European Tech Center&Senior training development manager. Work location: Lelystad, the Netherlands.

You will: -
Be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining the technical training programs for dealer network that align with our organization’s goals and objectives. -
Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs for Kobelco dealers, ensuring they have the necessary skill, knowledge, and experience to perform their role effectively. -
Develop, implement, and maintain the training curriculum that covers a wide range of technical topics, product line-up, tailored to the needs of different technical levels and job roles. -
Standardize and promote best practices for intervention in the field including set up common guidelines and technical documents with product support team plus embody skill and knowledge that requires to carry out the work, then develop training contents, machines, simulators. -
Coordinate and develop a team of product support managers / trainers, providing guidance and support to endure high quality training delivery. -
Promote LMS, online program, and face-to-face program throughout the organization. -
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary brush-up to improve outcome. -
Stay up to date with industry and competitors’ trend and advancements in technology to ensure training contents, facility, and trainer’s skills are current and relevant. -
Assist as needed with product support team for dealers and customers. -
Provide training at dealer or customer site as necessary. -
Motivate and accommodate trainees to ensure outstanding training experience and encourage future participation.
You have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience with
heavy crawler excavators, heavy machinery
, engineering, or service-related position regarding machinery. -
At least 2 years of experience in technical training in a broad aspect of the ways of training with a strong preference for experience in the construction machinery industry. -
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience of hydraulic and mechatronics systems, electric and communication networks, diesel engine, after-treatment systems, and service diagnosis tools. -
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. -
As a person you have a clear vision and strategy, are result driven and are willing and able to drive performance, improve revenue and build the business. -
Ability to closely collaborate with various departments and relevant experts to develop effective training materials and deliver engaging training sessions. -
Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools. 3D CAD ability is a plus. -
Strong analytical skills in order to assess the level of experience of staff and identify areas where training should be expanded. -
Ability to simplify technical or complex information and tasks into friendly, simple language. -
Ability to write scripts for video contents for field activity. -
Near native English proficiency is a must. Other European language (FR/DE) ability is a plus. VCA certificate and any license for workshop facility (overhead crane, forklift, etc.) is a plus.
