STORE MANAGER– LELYSTAD. The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross functional partners Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent Oversee effective day to day business and operations processes Manage, inspire and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and developmentDrive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology. Qualifications Relevant experience in managing high-traffic stores and a large team at a specialty retailer Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPI’s Ability to problem-solve, proactive and flexibleEntrepreneurial, out of the box thinker Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends English language Required Skills
