At Mindray, we’re growing fast — and our logistics operation is at the heart of how we support customers across Europe. We’re opening a new, modern warehouse and are looking for a hands‑on Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems on the ground while helping improve how things are done.

This is a high‑impact, operational role with visibility, variety, and the opportunity to shape processes as we transition into a new logistics setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day inbound and outbound logistics issues

Coordinate and support inbound shipments, deliveries and warehouse movements

Play an active role in demo equipment handling (inbound, storage, preparation and outbound)

Serve as operational backup for demo coordination to ensure continuity

Work closely with logistics partners (e.g., UPS) to resolve shipment or documentation issues

Help maintain and resolve logistics master data, ensuring smooth system and shipment flow

Support daily warehouse operations on the floor during peak periods or disruptions

Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and suggesting smarter ways of working

Support monitoring of logistics KPIs and service performance

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in logistics coordination (inbound, outbound, stock handling)

A hands‑on mindset — you’re comfortable being on the warehouse floor when needed

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to stay organised in a fast‑moving environment

Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)

Fluent English is required; Dutch is an advantage but not essential

Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one (training can be provided)

The right to work in the Netherlands without the requirement of company sponsorship

We are open to candidates with less experience if you bring the right attitude, flexibility, and motivation to grow.

On‑site role based at the new warehouse location in the Netherlands
