Finance&Control Manager, Brielle

As a Finance&Controlling Manager, you will provide strategic financial oversight and ensure accurate statutory and management reporting for the Vierpolders entities. You will act as a key business partner to manufacturing and leadership teams, supporting decision‑making through financial insights, cost analysis, and performance tracking. While the role has no direct reports, you will work closely with local and global finance teams, coordinating activities and driving projects that strengthen financial control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead finance and controlling processes for the Vierpolders site, ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements.

Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (P&L, B/S, Capex, Cash Flow, Headcount).

Monitor and analyze standard costing and manufacturing variances, ensuring accuracy of postings in ERP and adherence to deadlines.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions, cost control initiatives, and operational improvements.

Act as project manager for finance initiatives– no direct reports, but close collaboration with local and group finance teams.

Ensure effective internal controls and alignment with BVI group accounting policies.

Contribute to ERP development and implementation of new financial processes and tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Languages: Fluent English and Dutch.

Availability for a hybrid role– minimum 3 days per week in the Vierpolders office.
