About The Role Are you a talented Sales/Business Development professional with experience in successfully commercializing digital healthcare solutions? If so, we’re looking for someone like you to help scale Diabeter’s impact on diabetes patients. In this role, you will primarily focus on selling our in-house developed CloudCare solution to hospitals across the Netherlands. You will also support other growth initiatives, such as opening new clinics andexpanding our footprint beyond the Netherlands (e.g., Belgium, the UK, or other EU countries). You will report directly to the Head of Product&Services, work from the office once per week, and occasionally travel domestically—up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution&Revenue Growth: Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans for CloudCare, manage the full sales cycle, oversee channel partners/distributors, and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies and pricing models for digital solutions.

Digital Solution Selling: Leverage experience to understand customer workflows, integrate digital offerings into clinical pathways, address healthcare challenges, and articulate the value of digital health solutions (e.g., data analytics, interoperability, patient outcomes) tailored to diverse stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, (digital) transformation managers, procurement, and IT stakeholders; act as the main customer contact, ensure satisfaction and retention, and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.

Market Development&Territory Management: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments; perform competitor and market analysis; support market access activities like reimbursement and regulatory processes.

Clinical&Technical Demonstrations: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations; support clinical validation and trials; collaborate with clinical specialists to train customers.

Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams; provide market feedback to R&D for product improvement; coordinate with regulatory, reimbursement, legal, and data privacy teams.

Reporting&Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver regular pipeline and forecast reports, track key sales metrics, and monitor competitive activity.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field.

3–8 years’ experience in medical device or digital health sales.

Understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and clinical workflows in the Benelux.

Experience selling SaaS, health IT, or digital platforms (for digital‑specific roles).

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial&problem‑solving mindset.

Out‑of‑the‑box thinking, business acumen.

Fluent Dutch and English; French and/or German are a (very) nice to have.
