HR Representative - Italian and French
to join our international
HR Services EMEA
team from
Italy - remote based.

Summary Of The Role You will provide human resources support to our internal customers in EMEA, focusing on languages in Italian, French, and English, and may assist with translation support for policies and documentation. Providing first‑line support to employees, managers, and other customers, you will process day‑to‑day HR inquiries and transactions received through various channels with a strong focus on excellent customer service. You will use a Case Management tool to enter, track, and respond to all activities efficiently, professionally, and in a welcoming manner; deliver first‑call resolution and provide high‑quality customer support that meets expected service levels and business performance goals; and proactively identify and recommend improvements on processes, procedures, and system functionality as partof continuous improvement efforts.
As our team member you will perform various HR tasks, including:
Pre‑employment activities
Coordination of incoming and outgoing employee administration
Employee and HRIS data administration
Employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation, etc.
Leave of absence and vacation administration
Training inquiries
Generation of HR related reports
Your Education And Experience
Bachelor background in Human Resources or similar
Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in a service environment; HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
Knowledge of Italian labor law required
Experience with case management system beneficial
Your Skills And Abilities
Native or business‑level proficiency (verbal and written) in Italian and French; business‑level proficiency in English; basic Spanish is a plus
Outstanding customer focus including empathy, compassion, and service orientation
Adaptability and flexibility, including openness to change and strong detail orientation
Excellent process orientation and savviness with technology, including use of web‑based platforms and case management systems
Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve results
Broad overview and knowledge of HR Operations and the employee life cycle are a plus
General knowledge of HR policies, processes, practices, and employment laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
