We’re looking for a
Senior Sales Engineer
to lead the technical backbone of complex bids and solution architectures across cutting‑edge unmanned and aerospace systems.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading technical strategy and architecture for high‑value RFI/RFP/RFQ submissions
Owning proposal development—from solution narratives to compliance and SoW annexes
Collaborating cross‑functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and BD teams
Driving bid quality, governance, and continuous improvement across programmes
Building scalable bid tools, templates, and validated technical libraries
Acting as a key advisor to Product Heads and mentoring the next generation of Sales Engineers
What we’re looking for:
10+ years in defence, aerospace, or national security
Strong track record in winning complex government bids
Deep knowledge of procurement frameworks (NATO, EU, MIL‑STD, etc.)
Systems‑level thinker with strong commercial and technical acumen
Excellent communicator, comfortable influencing at senior levels
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping mission‑critical solutions and influencing the future of defence technology on a global scale.
