As a New Facilities Coordinator (Energetics/Kinetics) focused on site implementation, this position sits right at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning ambitious expansion plans into tangible, high‑performing facilities. What You'll Do
Manage projects for new site implementation from initiation through to handover and closure
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, procurement, engineering, health&safety) and external contractors
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects remain within approved Capex limits
Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant building/operational standards
Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure proper handover to operational teams
Support the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, facility implementation, or Capex projects
Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as required
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent) is a plus
Experience with budget management and financial reporting, is a nice to have
Basic knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical installations, or warehouse operations, is considered a plus
Experience working with external contractors and managing vendor relationships, is considered a plus
