Join Our Team as Financial Officer: Exciting Opportunity in an International Environment! Are you ready to step into an international client focused organization providing admin, accounting and full business support services? Yes?! Fenix Corporate Solutions is expanding and we want you to join our team as a Financial Officer to amplify our capacity to serve our clients and to provide support to our team.

Your role: As Financial Officer you are working in a team to service Dutch and international clients in respect to their administration and financial reporting needs. You are comfortable communicating with clients on their financial reporting and have a hands‑on approach to produce high quality reporting. Compilation of statutory accounts as well as interim‑financial reporting for management information purposes are part of your area of expertise and responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

Compiling of Statutory Annual Accounts (Dutch GAAP / IFRS is a plus)

Preparation of (interim‑)financial reporting

Assisting with external audit processes

Assisting with the compilation of various Tax Returns (VAT, Dividend Tax, CIT)

Communication with Tax Advisors to secure compliance and quality of the reporting

Communication and reporting to Dutch Central Bank

Your profile:

Knowledge of Dutch GAAP. IFRS is a plus.

Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Proficiency in accounting software, preferably ExactOnline, Visionplanner, MS Office.

Reliable and strong personality with a pro‑active and hands‑on approach

Teamplayer with an open and cooperative attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Level of proficiency in English: professional.
