Shape the tax strategy of a global Animal Nutrition&Health business.
As Global Head of Group Tax– Essential Products company, you will lead tax strategy, safeguard the business’s tax position, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—enabling confident decision‑making, compliant growth, and strong governance.
Salary range depending on qualification: 110.000 EUR - 150.000 EUR base/year/gross
Your Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the Essential tax strategy, safeguarding the company’s tax position while considering increased public scrutiny, reputational risk, and ethical standards.
Optimize the global tax and customs position across Essential products, including indirect taxes, transfer pricing, supply chain, group financing, M&A, and evolving frameworks such as Pillar II.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage tax and customs risks and opportunities, driving effective implementation across business units, regions, and countries.
Monitor and analyze global tax developments, translating regulatory changes into clear implications and actions for the Essentials business.
Lead tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities worldwide, influencing local management and finance teams to act in line with tax policies, even where interests may conflict.
Act as the Essential products tax center of expertise, developing and deploying tax policies, building tax awareness, and independently executing tax matters within Group Tax governance.

You bring
An academic degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in international tax.
Extensive experience in international tax roles, ideally gained within a multinational or complex global organization, with exposure to group tax environments.
Broad knowledge of domestic and international tax matters, including tax structures, planning, and fiscal sensitivities across multiple jurisdictions.
Fluency in business English is required; additional languages are an advantage and valued in our global environment.
