Are you a motivated Junior Transport Planner at the start of your logistics career? Do you enjoy coordinating deliveries, working with data, and communicating with multiple stakeholders? Experience as a planner is preferred but not mandatory—we are equally interested in candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn.

About the Role As a Junior Transport Planner within our Control Tower team, you will support the planning and execution of transport activities across a defined network. You’ll work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient deliveries, strong service levels, and continuous improvement of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily transport and delivery planning to meet agreed lead times and service levels

Monitor deliveries and help resolve delivery discrepancies with minimal disruption

Assist in managing logistics issues and transport claims

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including efficiency and CO₂ reduction

Communicate daily with clients, carriers, and team members across multiple regions

Support the team in completing ad hoc logistics tasks

Your Profile

Experience in transport planning or logistics is preferred, but not mandatory

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Fluent in English -

Resident of Maastricht or surrounding areas and has the necessary work permits
