Human Resources Business Partner - Limburg, Netherlands. Responsibilities
Provide HR support to a defined employee population. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with people leaders to support consistent HR practices. Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions. Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to support attraction and retention of talent.Lead organisational development activities to enhance capability and effectiveness. Advise on compensation processes, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal fairness. Support a positive and consistent end-to-end employee experience. Coach and advise managers across all stages of the employee life cycle.Support leadership teams through performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluation processes. Lead and support change initiatives, including stakeholder communication and transition planning. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts. Use HR metrics and data insights to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree with significant progressive experience in Human Resources. Experience supporting HR activities within a complex or international organisational environment. Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders. Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Well-developed coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
