As our new Maintenance Technician, you are the face of the company at the customer's home. You ensure their installations function optimally, safely, and energy‑efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

Professional Maintenance: Performing periodic maintenance on central heating boilers, water heaters, and ventilation systems according to current guidelines and specifications; Clear Communication: Informing customers clearly and in a friendly manner about the work performed and any specific findings;Expert Advice: Proactively advising customers on the potential replacement or renewal of parts or complete installations, taking their needs and the latest technologies into account; Troubleshooting: Efficiently and professionally analyzing and resolving malfunctions in various installations.
