Senior Project Manager– Full‑time Renolit Healthcare Haarlemmermeer (Amsterdam Innovation Center)

Do you want to make an impact on international healthcare by managing large complex end‑to‑end projects? In our Amsterdam Innovation Center you will own high‑priority projects that drive core business, new business and process/technology innovation.

Responsibilities

Build and manage multiple project teams through the project life cycle and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives

Own strategic decision‑making and implementation of projects (timelines, budget and quality)

Develop the Senior Project Manager function in collaboration with the Head of Global R&D and Innovation

Identify project risks using FMEA and develop mitigating measures

Share best practices with other PMO colleagues at RENOLIT sites

Key qualifications

Minimum 7 years of project management experience, 3 years at senior level

Strong experience managing complex end‑to‑end deliverables

Experience in life sciences or another regulated production environment

Knowledge of stage gates is a plus

International organization experience preferred

Education and certifications

Bachelor’s degree (hbo or wo) in a technical or medical field

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.) desirable

Behavioural requirements

People leader able to manage diverse specialist teams

Comfortable making decisions and holding others accountable for deliverables

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
