You operate at a tactical and operational level, with a strong focus on analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Your key responsibilities:Design, implement, monitor and continuously improve the Global Tax Control Framework, ensuring effective controls and consistent application across entitiesDevelop global tax policies and take ownership for their practical implementation thereofMonitor, analyse and explain the Group Effective Tax Rate (ETR), including variance analysis, translate outcomes into clear management insights and actively improve the ETR processReview tax returns and supporting documentation, identify risks and opportunities and ensuring follow-up actionsAct as the global point of contact for VAT/GST-matters, providing practical guidance and support to local stakeholders worldwideManage and maintain the Transfer Pricing framework, ensuring correct implementation and compliance requirements are met;Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, providing tax advice and risk analysesIdentify and drive process and technology improvements to increase tax efficiencyEnsure that applicable tax incentives are awarded for the company such as R&D tax credits, innovation box and investments incentives;Working closely together with the business units, finance, legal department, tax authorities and external tax advisors;Support and manage other diverse tax projects on an ad hoc basis.You will be part of the global tax function and report to the Global Tax Manager. You will closely collaborate with teams across Finance Operations, Business Control, Data&Analytics, and external advisors. The role is global in scope, requiring frequent interaction with international stakeholders across time zones in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.What you bring as a future colleagueA Master’s relevant degree (e.g. Tax Law or Tax Economics)6+ years of relevant experience in international tax (corporate tax and/or VAT/GST)Solid knowledge of global tax compliance and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to advise stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear actionsExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to operate in an international environmentYou are someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with complex topics, and has the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders.
