Freelance Service Delivery Manager - Digital / Marketing Technology Zwaagdijk (3 days Onsite) + Amsterdam (1 day Onsite)€90,00-110,00 per hour 12-24 month contract

I’m currently partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-scaling retail businesses on a particularly challenging Service Delivery Manager search.

This is NOT a traditional ITIL-heavy SDM role.

The environment is fast-moving, highly operational, and constantly evolving. They need someone who can combine:

Service Delivery Delivery Management Stakeholder Management Operational Coordination Digital / Marketing Technology Tactical&Strategic Thinking

You’ll support large-scale digital initiatives across: ✔️ E-commerce platforms ✔️ Web&App environments✔️ International market launches ✔️ Campaigning&country rollouts✔️ US expansion programmes

What they’re really looking for: Strong delivery mentality Hands-on mindset Comfortable with operational/admin workload Able to work through ambiguity&shifting priorities Strong bridge between business&technology Assertive communicator Someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes
