We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team focused on Crop Protection and Bio Development. The role involves monitoring and evaluating EU regulatory changes, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring strategic communication of insights.Key Responsibilities

Carry out legal analysis of EU legislation affecting the business and prepare policy briefs autonomously. Track and analyse EU policy developments and ensure strategic communication of insights to internal stakeholders. Contribute to the development of tactical and strategic actions to ensure freedom to operate for EnzaZaden and its subsidiaries worldwide and engage with third parties on regulatory and policy matters.Prepare and deliver clear reports and summaries to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of key regulatory developments. Prepare reactions to (inter‑)national regulations for lobbying purposes. Qualifications

Completed master’s degree, preferably in Law or Regulatory Affairs. Minimum 3years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, including procedures, protocols, laws and regulations, import and export. Expertise in EU legislation with a track record of monitoring and engaging with the EU legislative process.Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is an advantage. Strong ability to interpret legal and scientific texts. Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure, while involving others in decision‑making.Benefits
