Regional Marketing Communication Specialist– West Europe

Enza Zaden seeks a marketing professional who blends strategy with hands‑on impact to drive growth in the Dutch and broader West European vegetable seed market. The successful candidate will shape the brand’s positioning, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales initiatives across countries.Key Responsibilities

Enhance customer relationships, build thought leadership, share knowledge, and promote our innovative varieties to strengthen brand reputation across West Europe. Develop and implement the regional marketing communication plan aligned with priority sales drivers. Organise and coordinate regional Enza Zaden events and selected external events in collaboration with product and sales teams.Create and support innovative, consumer‑driven product concepts to grow the vegetable category and ensure future growth. Guide and support local marketing teams in executing regional initiatives and developing local campaigns. Build connections across local, regional and global teams—including marketing, sales, product management and beyond.Participate in regional, international and multidisciplinary projects, including key customer initiatives. Your Team and Work Environment

You will be part of the West European Regional Marketing team, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager. The role involves close collaboration with local marketeers, sales teams from various subsidiaries, regional product managers and the global marketing team. Based in the Netherlands, the position requires domestic and international travel across West Europe.Skills&Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience. Proven expertise in B2B marketing communication&activation, B2B customer experience&events, conceptualization&positioning, and strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong project management, analytical abilities and data‑savvy mindset. Highly collaborative with strong intercultural understanding. Self‑starter comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in English and Dutch (written and verbal). Living in the Netherlands; Spanish and/or German language skills considered strong plus. Who You Are
