Head of Enterprise Architecture

This role is located at Enza Zaden, a company focused on innovation and sustainable business value through digital transformation and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities

Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with I&D and overall company strategy. Ensure all IT and digital transformation projects contribute to the future‑state architecture, maintaining reference architectures, principles, and roadmaps. Lead the implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes and capabilities.Lead the architecture board to evaluate solution designs and enforce architectural standards. Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of Information Architects and business/Digitalization colleagues in architecture practices. Stay current on architecture trends, sharing insights within the team and representing Enza Zaden on external platforms.Report to the Vice President of Information&Digitalization and be part of the I&D Management team. Lead a team of 4–5 direct reports and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders. Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent university education. 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in leading IT architecture. Broad knowledge of architecture practices and information analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, engaging,and change‑leadership abilities.Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues across levels. Preferred certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate. Benefits
