Overview

As Project Manager Real Estate and Site Development you will lead the global development of real estate, from initiation to realisation, across production sites, laboratories, greenhouses, processing plants, offices and warehouses. With your real‑estate and workplace expertise you will work closely with key stakeholders and external advisors to implement creative, innovative solutions that address today’s vital themes such as a healthy and smart working environment, a sustainable and circular economy, and digital workplace solutions.Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end real‑estate projects across multiple functions, organisational levels, external contractors and technical partners on a global level. Translate business objectives, stakeholder wishes and preconditions into a supported project definition, design, contract formation and realisation.Guide stakeholders from concept (business case) to implementation, ensuring the design and final product match organisational and end‑user needs. Implement innovative solutions for sustainable, circular and digital workplace concepts. Co‑operate with external suppliers such as architects, engineers, IT, HSE and procurement.Report directly to the Global Manager Facilities&HSE; for large projects present to a steering committee. Qualifications

Master’s degree, preferably in (agricultural) business or engineering. At least 7years of project‑management experience with (semi‑)large projects. Experience setting up new facilities, preferably with horticultural background. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex problems.Excellent influencing, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills. Decisiveness, flexible attitude and willingness to travel. Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal). Experience managing budget, planning and quality for real‑estate projects. Benefits
