We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our diverse and enthusiastic HR team. This role focuses on operational excellence, idea generation and helping to build an inspiring work environment.

Responsibilities

Verzuimbegeleiding– guide absenteeism cases and ensure compliance with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.

Werving en selectie– attract and select suitable talent for the organization.

Relatiebeheer– act as a key liaison with external partners such as the Arbodienst, UWV, and local municipalities and schools.

Projectinitiatie en -leiding– drive projects like social return on investment (SROI) to directly impact staff and the organization.

Key‑user for AFAS – support the HR department in AFAS, monitor updates, optimise processes, and cover for the HR support during absences.

Qualifications

Completed HBO degree in a relevant field.

Knowledge of Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and Werving en Selectie.

Experience in absenteeism coaching and/or HR advisory.

Affinity for AFAS and interest in improving HR processes and digital workflows (experience with AFAS is an advantage).

Proactive, autonomous, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to navigate between different levels.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Employment Conditions Schedule:

Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Contract type:

Full‑time, potential for permanent placement.

Contract duration:

Initial 12‑month contract.

Salary:

€3.502,45 – €4.245,84 per month.

Additional compensation:

Year‑end bonus, vacation pay.
