SERVICE ADVISOR

is required for permanent employment based in

Middelburg. Duties&Responsibilities

Represent the dealership at reception, welcome customers, book in units for repairs/servicing. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments, facilitate units and customer drop-offs and pick-ups. Assist with parts sourcing, and pricing and create quotes for customers’ approval.Provide customers with feedback and information regarding the progress of unit repairs. Establish and maintain good working relationships with fleet customers, to encourage repeat and referral business. Complaints handling to resolution. Any other related duties as required by the Managing Director and Workshop Manager when required.Greet customers and offer excellent customer service. Maintain customer records and enter data into dealership system. Desired Experience&Qualification

Min of 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor with a strong administration capability and expertise with a reputable Dealership / Vehicle / Truck or Commercial brand. Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems (workshop management system). Experience with corporate dealerships / and volume brands.Track record of reaching targets. Exceptional customer service capabilities. Excellent administrative abilities. Grade 12 Matric + Driver's license. Customer friendly and service orientated. Able to work in a highly pressurised environment. Must have attention to detail. Package&Remuneration
