the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to support and drive online sales growth across key e-commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of sales, e-commerce operations, and digital performance, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and commercial impact. You will work closely with GTM, marketing, and sales teams to execute pricing, promotions, and daily operations, while contributing to traffic and conversion improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive online sales performance across key platforms by executing pricing, promotions, and daily performance monitoring Manage pricing updates and promotion setup in line with margin and commercial targets Maintain and optimize product listings while ensuring correct setup and availability across platformsSupport campaign execution and basic traffic activities (including PPC) to improve visibility and conversion Handle CRM-related tasks and back-office operations to support online sales activities Track key metrics (e.g. revenue, conversion, promotion impact) and provide actionable insights

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital-related roles Hands-on experience with at least one platform (e.g. Amazon, Bol, Shopify, etc.) Experience in execution (not only planning or coordination)

Nice to have Experience with PPC / paid advertising (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, etc.) Experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer products Exposure to multi-channel e-commerce (marketplace + D2C)
