Responsibilities During your afstudeerstage you will:

Write and refine your thesis, with the possibility to dedicate full days to it.

Participate in a pre‑defined period of practical work on assignments, such as several weeks of client projects.

Work an alternating schedule (e.g., three days a week on the thesis and two on assignments) as desired.

Receive continuous support from a personal coach and buddy to answer questions about the thesis, planning and development.

Qualifications We welcome students from the following academic backgrounds:

Business economics, tax, finance or IT‑related programmes aligned with audit/assurance, IT, accountancy or tax advisory teams.

Motivation to learn and contribute to challenging, educational project work.

Application Process An online assessment will map your work style and essential competencies. Verification through a "Verklaring omtrent Gedrag" is also required.
