Senior D365 Finance&Operations (F&O) Developer, Nijmegen

Senior Dynamics 365 Finance&Operations Developer Fully Remote (Netherlands) | English-Speaking Environment | Up to€7,000 gross per month We are recruiting on behalf of an international Microsoft Gold Partner with a strong and growing Microsoft Dynamics practice across Europe. They are looking for a Senior D365 Finance&Operations Developer who wants full technical ownership, architectural influence, and the freedom to shape robust enterprise solutions.

As a Senior D365 F&O Developer, you would play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customisations and integrations across large-scale international projects. In addition, you would have the opportunity to go beyond delivery and actively drive the technical direction of complex Microsoft D365 F&O implementations.

You will:

Own and lead X++ development and technical architecture

Design and deliver robust, scalable Microsoft D365 F&O solutions

Drive technical excellence across projects

Manage releases and deployment pipelines

Coordinate ISVs, extensions, and integrations

Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices

Maintain and troubleshoot environments

Act as a technical leader within the Microsoft Business Applications team

Your Experience:

Over 5 years’ experience in the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance&Operations

Strong hands‑on expertise with X++ coding

Proven experience with Data Entities, API integrations, Dual Write and Release pipelines (CI/CD)

Strong Azure technical skills, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus

Solid proficiency with SQL Server and related database tasks

Comfortable working in English‑speaking, international teams
