Dutch Content Moderator , you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users of a popular social media platform. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and filtering content, making the platform a better place for everyone.

Purpose of the Role In this role, you’ll help maintain the quality and integrity of content on the platform by enforcing community standards. You’ll be part of a larger team that directly impacts user experiences by moderating content to ensure it aligns with the platform’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

Filter inappropriate or harmful material to maintain a safe environment for users.

Collaborate with other team members to provide feedback and improve processes.

Requirements

Native level of Dutch (C2) and advanced English proficiency.

Comfortable with PC tools like Office 365, CRM databases, and internal platforms.

Goal-oriented, self-assertive, and knowledgeable about current cultural, political, and social events.

Affinity for social media platforms and an understanding of their impact.

Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is highly valued.

Availability to work both in-office and remotely (within 100km of the office).

Completion of mandatory studies (ESO or High School equivalent). Higher education is a plus.
