Your responsibilities will mainly consist of: Client Portfolio Management

You manage and grow a client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact.

You collaborate with team members on larger or more complex accounts.

You build strong, long-term relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and high service quality.

Sales&Business Development

You prospect and qualify leads, delivering effective meetings and presentations to expand the client portfolio.

You drive sales by delivering tailored solutions to both new and existing clients.

You help determine selling prices, promotions, and negotiations.

Product&Solution Support

You provide product guidance, pre-qualify needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

You prepare and contribute to client proposals and technical quotations.

You lead client discussions independently; you collaborate on complex cases when needed.

Sales Operations

You process orders, maintain accurate CRM records, and support internal workflows.

You coordinate with teams to ensure an efficient sales process and share product feedback.

Your day in the office

Typically, however, this is how a day at our offices would look: 09:00 With a fresh cup of coffee, you join the morning scrum with your teammates. You align on priorities, share updates on key clients, and get a feel for what\'s happening in the market. Once the team is synced, you take a quick look at your pipeline and set your focus for the day.09:30 You start reaching out to clients and prospects. You build relationships, listen to their needs, and explore new opportunities together. 10:00 A promising opportunity comes in. You begin qualification and prepare a quote, balancing what the client needs with what you can secure from stock and suppliers. You handle your deals independently, but know your team is always there when you need support.11:00 Time to follow up on yesterday\'s leads. You call potential clients, introduce them to Ynvolve, and discuss how we can help with their IT equipment needs. 12:00 Between calls, you update your activities in our CRM. Accurate notes help you and your teammates stay aligned. Collaboration is what makes our sales team strong.12:30 Lunchtime. You enjoy a buffet lunch while you chat with coworkers in the various languages spoken, and a quick walk outside gives you energy for the rest of the day. 13:30 You check deadlines and make sure the team delivers on time. You work closely together, communicate clearly, and help each other where needed.14:30 Your afternoon revolves around buying and selling IT equipment. You\'re in touch with clients about what they want to purchase, while also keeping an eye out for equipment they want to sell back. 16:00 You take a short break to connect with colleagues abroad. Staying connected ensures you\'re never working in isolation.16:30 You look at your pipeline and spot which deals you can push forward. You check where you can follow up, where a quick call might speed things up, and where new chances might pop up. A salary at par with the market plus commissions plus 8% holiday allowance.

This is you

French and English professional proficiency.

You bring 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally in a solution-based or technical environment.

You\'re naturally curious about IT hardware, comfortable diving into specs and turning them into real solutions.

You enjoy working toward targets and put in the effort needed to reach them.

You\'re confident on the phone, on social media, and in face-to-face conversations, and connecting with people comes naturally to you.

You\'re a real team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.

You learn quickly and stay open to new ways of working.

You like to work in an international company with people from all over the globe.

You bring positive energy to your team and to your clients.
