This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence and enabling future growth across the company’s manufacturing footprint, building on a legacy of excellence in metal andglass production.Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and development of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance. Foster a Continuous Improvement culture by promoting data-driven decision-making, systems thinking, employee empowerment, teamwork, and the use of statistical tools. Share Continuous Improvement best practices and knowledge across the organization.Support cross-functional teams in driving technical standardization and process optimization initiatives. Analyze plant performance, conduct operational assessments, and support continuous improvement activities. Ensure that project and process improvement outcomes are effectively integrated into daily plant operations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Quality, Innovation, IT, Production, etc.) to ensure alignment and enable best-practice sharing. Ideal Candidate

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with several years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of Lean methodologies (Six Sigma certification a right) and hands-on experience leading improvement projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.Pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable working across cultures, ambiguity, and high-pressure situations.
