Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Role Overview You will join a fast-growing, technology-driven semiconductor organization that develops
high-quality IC solutions for demanding applications . The company operates at the intersection of analog, mixed-signal, and system-level design, with a strong focus on
technical excellence, reliability, and long-term product quality .
As an
Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer , you will play a key role in the development of ASIC IP and sub-blocks, working from early concept and architecture through tape-out and silicon validation. You will collaborate closely with experienced IC designers, system architects, and layout engineers, contributing directly to successful ASIC development projects and customer deliverables.
Responsibilities
Design
analog and mixed-signal IP, sub-blocks, and top-level blocks
from specification to validation
Translate system and product requirements into
robust design solutions
Perform
concept development, modelling, and schematic design (incl. DFT)
Support and assist with
physical layout implementation
Execute
AMS verification and simulation
Support
silicon validation, measurements, and testing
Perform
feasibility studies and structured root-cause analyses
Create and maintain
clear technical documentation
Organize and participate in
design reviews
Work closely with multidisciplinary IC development teams and guide subcontractors
Profile
2-5 years of experience
in Analog / Mixed-Signal ASIC design
Hands-on experience with
Cadence EDA tools and AMS design flows
Solid understanding of
semiconductor physics and IC manufacturing processes
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
Able to work
independently and collaboratively
in project teams
Quality- and deadline-driven mindset
Fluent in English
(written and spoken);
Dutch is a plus
Experience with
Matlab / Simulink
is a plus
