Responsibilities
As a Junior Tax Consultant, you build knowledge and receive the support needed to grow. You refine your (fiscal) skills and work with a close team of experienced professionals. You identify advisory opportunities and develop them with colleagues. You advise clients and implement recommendations, with the option to specialise in specific fiscal areas. We value flexibility to help you feel your best.
Team
You will be part of an energetic team of about 70 tax specialists and lawyers. The team includes all-round tax specialists and specialists in international taxation&transfer pricing, (international) payroll taxes, VAT, estate planning, financial planning&tax technology. We believe in collaboration and helping each other. At CROP you will find a listening ear and a helping hand, whether you need a brainstorm session, extra guidance, or simply a sounding board.
What we offer
A competitive salary:€3,300 – €3,900 (based on full-time)
Many development opportunities such as our Talent Academy Tax, the NOB, and other courses or trainings as needed
Mobility or bicycle allowance
A healthy work–life balance with time for overtime, 29 vacation days with the option to buy additional days
Hybrid work options and a good home-office setup
Employer pension with the option to contribute more

Who you are
Has an university degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law
0-3 years of work experience, preferably within an accounting or tax advisory firm
Is driven for personal and professional development
Is entrepreneurial, capable of networking (externally and internally) and has good empathy
Is accurate, ethical, and pays attention to risks
enjoys being part of a diverse and energetic team
