As a QC Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring that advanced technical products meet the highest quality standards before they enter global markets. In this role, you work in a state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom environment where metal‑based and electro‑mechanical components are inspected at the final stage of production. Your attention to detail directly impacts the reliability and performance of mission‑critical technology used worldwide. Your Responsibilities

Perform detailed visual and physical quality inspections on finished products in a cleanroom environment

Evaluate products containing electrical and mechanical components using production guidelines and technical drawings

Work with production instruction sheets, complex electrical schematics, and defined work standards

Document quality findings and ensure accurate reporting of deviations

Register non‑conformities and quality issues in designated systems

Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) within production stages

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality

Support colleagues in maintaining and improving quality standards across the production line

Functie-eisen Who are you? You are detail‑oriented, technically skilled, and quality‑driven. You are comfortable working in a structured environment where precision matters.

MBO‑level education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (with mechanical experience)

Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Experience or affinity with metal processing or high‑tech production environments

Familiar with measurement tools and quality inspection methods (preferred)

Strong analytical and computer skills

Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team‑oriented environment

Fluent in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)

Willing to work in a 2‑shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)

Monthly salary up to€3.900,- bruto (full‑time), including shift allowance

17% shift allowance
