Our most important German client in the Oberkochen region is a crucial link in this. You will be the strategic and commercial driving force behind the cooperation with our German OEM clients. You are a commercial catalyst who finds the path to new opportunities and is able to understand complex or unique client questions and translate these into appropriate solutions. You combine a professional demeanor with an analytical and results‑oriented perspective. This ensures you can communicate persuasively, convey technical arguments effectively, and adapt your style to the context and the person you are speaking with.
You are integrally responsible for performance in the field. You take a helicopter view of the client relationship and ensure that we deliver what we promise on all fronts. In doing so, you are the connecting link who takes the technical expert by the arm to jointly answer the question behind the question at the client's site. If necessary, you know how to bring structure and set up systems and processes. Your success is the result of commercial GRIT: you don't get stuck anywhere and see a 'no' as the starting point to move forward.

Integral Account Management:
You are co‑responsible for the results and customer satisfaction. 6–8 hours of travel time (when necessary) is part of this role.
Initiating New Business:
You proactively identify commercial opportunities and find ways to increase our strategic footprint within the OEM clients.
Cultural Navigating:
You align with German business etiquette and communicate in the client's language.
Driving QLTC:
You safeguard the overall client performance, are proactively involved in logistics, quality, and technology performance, and actively contribute to improving these together with the client.
Process Optimization:
You optimize processes internally and externally to structurally minimize the number of complaints and maximize flow.
Technical Sparring:
You quickly interpret technical challenges and act as a respected partner who effortlessly connects technology and commerce.

Additionally, you have 3–8 years of experience in a high‑tech, semiconductor, or technical production environment.
You have experience with account management in a complex, technical environment.
Commercial and customer‑oriented professional with powers of persuasion; you know how to create "flow" within an organization.
Analytical, results‑oriented, and structured.
Communicatively skilled and capable of exerting influence.
You speak good German and have knowledge of German business etiquette, or are willing to learn.
