We operate an app-based investment platform built for retail investors. What you will do

Own the day-to-day compliance function across our MiFID and MiCA activities.

Ensure our MiFID II and IFR/IFD obligations are properly embedded into day-to-day operations.

Maintain and improve AML/CFT and transaction monitoring processes.

Translate regulatory requirements into practical internal processes.

Support ongoing supervision and regulatory interaction.

Review product and feature changes before launch.

Manage day-to-day communication with AFM and DNB, including regulatory requests and supervision.

Ensure policies, implementation and operational reality stay aligned.

Help maintain and strengthen the firm’s regulatory standing.

Use strong internal judgement and involve external advisors only when truly needed.

Operate proactively in a fast-moving environment.

Work closely with product, legal and senior management teams.

What we are looking for

5+ years of compliance or financial regulation experience.

Strong understanding of MiFID II and AML/CFT processes.

Experience working directly with regulators.

Ability to turn regulation into practical execution.

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

MiCA or crypto-related regulatory experience.

Familiarity with custody, Travel Rule or sanctions processes.

Experience in an AFM or DNB-supervised environment.

Dutch language skills are a plus.
