Your role As a Customer Service&Asset Specialist at Tosca you ensure a smooth and positive customer journey by being the go‑to partner for CE&Benelux customers and a driving force in our Direct Sales process. You combine service excellence with commercial support—managing customer needs, guiding them to the right products, processing orders flawlessly, and coordinating all steps that keep our operations running smoothly. Your work strengthens relationships, supports growth, and helps deliver the seamless Tosca experience our customers value.For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our Oosterhout (NL) office or our Bönen (DE) office. The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate. Your responsibilities Customer Service: You are the first point of contact for our customers in the CE-Benelux region.You are responsible for the customer installation and build a long-term customer relationship through excellent service. You maintain the customer master data and are in constant contact with the various departments. You are responsible for the coordination, communication, evaluation, follow-up and completion of stock checks with customers.You monitor customers' daily stock movements and follow up on any discrepancies. You are the customer's contact person for quality issues and support the quality department in communicating with the customer by working with them until a solution is found. Create Sales Orders in Netsuite Create PIT transactions Tosca CS - Customer in PITFulfill Sales Orders in Netsuite Customer contact; Sending order related information, e.g. order confirmation, delivery date, container number, etc. Receiving customer requests via E-Mails; Find out customers’ needs Propose matching product/s to customer need Prepare and Send quote to customerReceiving customer request via Leads; Contact customer for further information Propose matching product/s to customer need Prepare and Send quote to customer Create opportunities in CRM Calculate costs Request transportation costs Answer stock requests for Sales reps Create shipments in parcel service providers web portalInform depot and send needed paperwork Your profile You have completed commercial training or have equivalent experience in customer service. For us, motivation and willingness to learn are more important than many years of experience. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Knowledge of Dutch or French is considered a plus.You work accurately, know how to set priorities, and remain focused even under tight deadlines. You are resilient, independent, and well organized. You communicate professionally and constructively with customers and colleagues. You are proficient in MS Office. Training and thorough onboarding are provided for our internal software.You are a true team player and bring a positive attitude to the workplace What we offer you Permanent contract
