Wat je gaat doen As a production employee in the IBC department, you play an important role in the production process. You will work in a 5-shift system and help ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

What You Will Do

Assemble: stalen pallets and frames for industrial containers with precision and efficiency.

Prepare: metal components for production by finishing and ensuring they are ready for use.

Inspect: products for quality and safety, addressing any issues proactively.

Resolve: minor technical malfunctions to keep the production line running smoothly.

Maintain: a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support a productive environment.

Here's what you can expect when you join our team:

Hourly wage between€16.82 and €21.53, including allowances.

Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

Part-time role, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Additional shift allowances on top of your salary.

Travel reimbursement for commuting expenses.

Functie-eisen

Physically fit and experienced in active work environments.

Flexible availability for 5-shift schedules.

Own transportation to Oosterhout is required.

Proficient in Dutch and/or English at B1 level or higher.

Previous production experience is an advantage.
