As a production employee in the flex pool at Mauser, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality plastic drums and containers used worldwide in industries like chemicals and agriculture. Working in a structured and safe production environment, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. This role offers variety, as you’ll be scheduled based on your availability and the production planning, giving you flexibility while working for a stable employer.What You Will Do: Secure: tighten lids and caps on plastic containers to ensure proper sealing Trim: remove excess plastic to meet quality requirements Organize: stack and move finished products to the correct locations Inspect: perform quality checks according to procedures Collaborate: work together with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient workplaceWat we je bieden

Here’s what you can expect when you join our team: Hourly wage of €21,53 Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment. Work between 24 and 40 hours per week in shifts.Travel reimbursement of€0.23 per kilometer. Opportunities to grow in an international production environment.
